Ken has over 20 years of general corporate and complex deal experience. Most recently, Ken led the
28 person legal team that supports Cisco Systems' sales in the US and Canada as well as globally to
Cisco's largest enterprise customers. In that role, Ken and his team negotiated strategic deals with
large enterprise customers, including the world's largest financial institutions (Bank of America, Royal
Bank of Scotland, Nomura), oil and gas companies (Shell), manufacturers (General Motors), retailers
(Home Depot) and local and national public sector entities.
